Sorry I haven't posted in a while (lol as if anyone actually cares) - I've been working on the final Italy blog post Valtellina, and it's massive. Also, I've broken my left wrist snowboarding and have a clunky cast on, which isn't all that conducive to typing.
Anyway, I really didn't feel like writing on the plane, so I edited about 4 rolls' worth of film instead. I found that cropping a lot of them, especially drastically, made them far more interesting. (Surely that's the sign of a bad photographer - not seeing those 'good' frames in the first place?) A lot of these crops seemed coincidentally to turn into old-cinema long screen aspect ratios - they all looked like theyt could be stills from an arthouse film. And here they are.
The question is: the same film, or lots of different ones?
P.S. Forgive the lack of consistency in aspect ratio - I had no way of being exact, and also, different photos called for different cropping.
